From production-intent CATIA geometry to nonlinear structural analysis and fatigue assessment.

  • I reconstructed and modified five-link rear-axle component models in CATIA V5, including control arms and a wheel carrier.
  • I built and debugged ANSA/Abaqus nonlinear FEA models; resolved convergence issues and validated against reference analyses.
  • I performed FEMFAT fatigue and durability analysis using multi-axis load spectra and supported design reviews and physical validation.
